Symdump Batch fails at dump capture time with error messages:
CAPC016E RTL COULD NOT BE FOUND.
CAPE007E INTERRUPT AT PSW=A05915A6.

Cause
Symdump batch is started at IPL time using common services utility CAIRIM. When starting Symdump CAIRIM failed with messages:
CAPE010E UNABLE TO LOCATE RUNTIME MODULES. INITIALIZATION INCOMPLETE.
CAS9140E - INIT ERROR: CAINTERTEST/SYMDUMP VER VHA0, INIT ROUTINE RC=000C
Resolution
When Symdump batch is started by CAIRIM, the eleven Symdump batch load modules listed below are loaded into system storage from the HLQ.CAVHAUTH load library. Several of these load modules were missing from the HLQ.CAVHAUTH LOAD library. A new copy of the SMP HLQ.CAVHAUTH that contained the missing load modules was used to initialize Symdump batch.
A procedure called CAVHLPAQ is provided to invoke the Symdump Initialization Summary program. This report shows which load modules are loaded in storage.
