Issue/Introduction

Requests are currently being blocked due to "Suspicious" Categorization and Risk Scores ranging from 6-7, Understand why the risk score for website is being reported as 6-7?

 

Resolution

The previous "Suspicious" label and elevated risk levels (6–7) were based on real-time detection, where DRTR consistently encountered "access denied" or "authentication required" pages—signals that can contribute to higher risk ratings due to lack of visible web content.

The updated manual database categorization is expected to override the real-time assessment. Once the update is complete, the site will be reclassified under the appropriate category with a risk score of 5 in next 4 hours.
