"Source Product Link" hyperlink not working after upgrade to 25.1

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to DX O2 25.1 the Alarm Launch-in-context or "Source Product Link" hyperlink returns HTTP 500 /oi/v2/apmlink/apm_alert.

 

Environment

• DX O2 25.1 OnPremise
• DX O2 SaaS

Cause

The issue is related to defect# DE638612 , to be fixed in:

• DX O2 SaaS: in 25.7.1 release
• DX O2 On-premise: in next release

 

Workaround:

Click on the icon that is the right hand side to be able to open the link in new windows tab:
