Issue/Introduction

An administrator observes the error when navigating to vCenter > Site Recovery plugin > Open Site Recovery > Create New Site Pair after giving vCenter credentials.

Cause

This is caused due to DNS issue in the environment.

Resolution

In the /etc/hosts file in the source and destination vSphere replication and vCenter appliance add the DNS entries.
