vSphere Foundation License Usage shows zero on ESXi

Issue/Introduction
- Product vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus for vSphere Foundation has been purchased.
- After successfully applying the license, the usage is not getting updated. (Refer the screenshot below)
Ex:
Usage : 0 cpuCore:16core Capacity 144 cpuCore:16core
Environment
vSphere 8.x
Cause
The issue occurs if the 'Solution License' is used on vSphere version is lower than 8.0 Update 2b.
Resolution
- To resolve the issue use a 'Solution License' if the vSphere version is 8.0 Update 2b or higher
- Make sure the vSphere (Vcenter & ESXi) is also running the version at least 8.0 U2b or higher.
