Widget displaying negative numbers incorrectly

Issue/Introduction

Widgets on Project grid or Hierarchies grid page not displaying figures correctly when they are negative numbers.
For example instead of displaying -3.9M (Million), Widget displays -3,902,901

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a Project with Start / Finish date from 1 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2025
2. Create a Cost plan with same duration as Project in step one above
3. Enter negative Cost data in 'Per-Period Metrics' of the Cost Plan so that total is for example -3,902,901 (3,902,901)
4. On Project - Grid list page, create a 'Number Tile' widget type and set 'Type' to 'Sum'. Set 'Sum' to 'Planned Cost'. Set 'Format' to  'Number' and click 'Create' button.
5. Click 'Add' button to add to 'My Widget'. Navigate to Project List grid page and filter for the Project created in step one above

 

Expected: Planned Cost Widget to display as '-3.9M'

Actual: Planned Cost Widget is displayed as '-3,902,901'
