Error occurred while fetching machine certificates

Issue/Introduction

vSphere Client 7.0 Web GUI
Go to Administration -> Certificates -> Certificate Management 

 - Error occurred while fetching machine certificates.


 - Command execution results confirm the certificate's validity. 
 - Administrator privileges are confirmed to be sufficient(Using [email protected]). 
 - The certificate management services doesn't work properly.

Environment

vCenter Server 7.0 U2

Cause

OutOfMemoryError in vmware-certificatemanagement in vCenter Server.

In /var/log/vmware/certificatemanagement/certificatemanagement-runtime.log.stderr log.

MM DD, YYYY HH:MM:SS AM/PM org.apache.coyote.AbstractProtocol$ConnectionHandler process
SEVERE: Failed to complete processing of a request
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Compressed class space

Resolution

This issue is fixed in vCenter Server 7.0 U3 or later.
