Sporadic S0C4 abend in Endevor Web Services STC, load module BC1PAPI3 CSECT BC1PELXL

Issue/Introduction
A S0C4 abend may sporadically arise in the started tasks which are spawned by CCI to service the requests arriving via Endevor Web Services. The report of the abend looks similar to:

In the abend report, note:
- The abending module BC1PAPI3 and CSECT BC1PELXL within it
- The exact offset (+00031C in the example) may vary in the future if module BC1PELXL receives maintenance over the base 19.0 RMID of CSIQJ00
- The abending instruction D503 B0F4 8000, which decodes to CLC X'F4'(R11),0(R8)
- The invalid address in register R8 (garbage)
Cause
This may happen if
- Fix LU15874 has been applied to Endevor. This fix replaces Web Services and some Endevor load modules
- The Web Services replacement has been deployed to the Tomcat server
- The load modules have NOT been deployed to the STEPLIB of the spawned Web Services STC
Resolution
If the Web services installed by LU15784 have been deployed, ensure that the STC is running with the replaced modules.
The version of the Web Services displays in the Tomcat server during startup:

Fix LU15784 deploys the following modules and dates:
- BC1PAPI - 20250321 11.03
- BC1PAPI2 - 20250321 11.03
- BC1PAPI3 - 20250321 11.03
- BC1PSERV - 20250321 11.03
- ENSRVCRY - 20230321 11.03
- ENSRVPC - 20250321 11.03
You need to verify that, in your CAMODID report, these modules show up with a date GREATER OR EQUAL than the one showed above. This means that these modules are at a RMID of LU15784 or later
