Unable to remove the deleted MIP labels from Data Classification tab on Enforce Console

Issue/Introduction

When you sync the MIP classification, it appears under Enforce Console > System > Settings > Data Classification. When the Azure admin deletes a MIP classification from Azure, in the next sync, we mark those classifications as deleted. We do not remove those classifications; we just change the status of the classification from active to deleted. 

The customer wants an option to remove the deleted classification from Enforce for compliance purposes. Currently, the only option to remove the deleted classification from Enforce is to re-add the data classification profile, which the customer would to avoid.

A feature request has been created to add this functionality to the Enforce Console.
