This issue may occur due to one or more of the following reasons:
Network connectivity issues.
Incorrect credentials.
User permissions issue.
To resolve this issue, first validate the following prerequisites:
Verify network connectivity between the Aria product and the associated vCenter Server. Any communication issues can prevent successful license retrieval.
Ensure correct credentials are used for integrating the vCenter Server with the Aria product.

Once the above checks are complete, follow the steps below:
Verify License Availability in the Aria Product:
Log in directly to the Aria product and check if the vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus for VCF license is visible under its license management or licensing section.
Perform an Inventory Sync in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager (vRLCM):
After verifying that the license is present in the Aria product, go to Lifecycle Operations in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager and initiate an Inventory Sync for the affected Aria product.
Validate License in Product Details:
Once the sync completes, navigate to the Product Details section for the Aria product in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager. The vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus for VCF license key should now be displayed.
