Performing a migration/switch-over from ProxySG appliances to Edge SWG on Secure Web Gateway Appliances(SSP).
In the LAB environment, during the configuration of the Edge SWG on the SSP, the forwarding host was configured using an FQDN, and name resolution was performed using a local DNS.
After that, the health check setting was changed to “Disable healthy” for testing purposes.
Once testing was completed, the SSP was shipped to the production environment and brought into operation, at which point the forwarding traffic issues occurred.

If the health check setting for the forwarding host is set to “Disable healthy” and the device is rebooted, then the system continues to communicate using the IP address that was resolved (via DNS) before the reboot even after changing the health check setting to “Enable” after startup.
This behavior persists until the system is rebooted again.
This issue is under investigating.
Restart Edge SWG when you experience this issue.
