Slow ad-hoc when using cross table with many fields in JasperReports

Issue/Introduction

You experience a slow performance when adding fields to the rows section, it sometimes takes 1 minute when minimal data. When using more data, it takes 5 minutes.

When the number of fields approaches 30, it becomes very slow. The slowness only occurs in ad-hoc.  For reports, the loading time is normal.

JasperReports 9.0

Cause

Issue with JasperReports 9.0

Resolution

The Engineering team has validated a JasperReports cumulative hotfix that addresses this issue.
