Issue/Introduction

We have a recent issue with Elastic Search where the ServicePoint interface is not displaying ticket status correctly. 

Specifically, a ticket in Service Desk is closed, but displays still as active on the user interface.

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.4.x

Resolution

After rebuilding the Search Server Indexes the problem was no longer seen.

  1. Cd to the <Install drive>\Program Files\CA\SC\CASearchServer\search\bin folder.
  2. Execute "pdm_es_rebuild_index" to rebuild the indexes
  3. Restart the CA Service Management Search Server service.
