Issue/Introduction

LU10139 Problem Description clarification update:
ACF2 will ignore the //*LOGONID and //*PASSWORD JCL JOB statements when
specified on a system running z/OS 3.1.

Environment

z/OS 3.1

Resolution

After upgrading to z/OS 3.1, jobs submitted with the //*LOGONID and //*PASSWORD JCL JOB statements will encounter a problem where ACF2 will ignore the //*LOGONID and //*PASSWORD statements causing the jobs to run under the submitter's logonid.

Apply PTF LU10139 to prevent the statements from being ignored.
