Cannot stop Aria Operations from reporting an old error event listed in an SRM Recovery Plan history.

Issue/Introduction

• Site Recovery Manger History lists a very old Reprotect task error for a specific Recovery Plan.
  
  
• The Reprotect error does NOT affect the operation of the Site Recovery Manager. 
  
  
  
  
  
• The Aria Operation manager reports this old event for the same Recovery Plan

vCenter Server 7.x
VMware Live Site Recovery 9.x
Aria Operations 

Cause

• All Site Recovery Manger events are filtered to the Aria Operations manager.

Resolution

• Edit the Recovery Plan and disassociate from the related Protection Groups.
  
  
• Ensure to note all details of the Recovery plan, Protection Groups, VMs, customization configs. etc. Now, delete the Recovery Plan from the Site Recovery Manager.
  
  
• Create a new Recovery Plan and reassociate with the relevant Protection Groups.
