Incorrect Project ID assigned by Convert Idea Process

Issue/Introduction

• There is a custom 'Convert Idea Process' in the system
• This makes use of the System Action that converts Ideas to Project
• It has been noticed that this Process has assigned incorrect Project IDs in some instances.

Resolution

• Manual Edits to Project ID could have happened
• This can be conclusively proven if audit is enabled on the ID field in the Project object.
