VCF upgrade pre-check fails for the VSAN disk group due to disk failure

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Due to Disk failure for a disk group in vSAN cluster, All the disks appears as Evacuated in disk management for a vSAN node.
  
  
  
  
• vSAN Disk Group appears unhealthy for the impacted Host in the vSAN cluster.
  
  

Environment

VMware ESXi 7.x
VMware ESXi 8.x

Cause

If a disk on a vSAN host has an impending failure, the disk evacuation is triggered, Below command shows the SMART health status of the disk.
