Issue/Introduction

• It is noticed that only 5 records are displayed per page in an Adhoc Report
• This causes the exceeding 500 pages error, when the report is executed and exported
• How to change the number of records displayed in a page in an Adhoc Report?

Resolution

Check if there are one or more columns that are resulting in a row getting stretched vertically, due to data within them getting wrapped, and being long. If that is the case, then increase the width of such columns to fit more rows into a page.
