'Financials' tab opens up with an incorrect message under a certain navigation flow

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Modern UX
2. Open a Project that is connected to a Department and Location
3. Click on 'Financials' tab. Note that the tab opens and displays the various sub-tabs within it
4. Click on a sub-object tab (A sub-object must be first created and displayed in the Modern UX via Blueprints. Make sure that the 'Enable Properties Navigation' is set to true)
5. Click on an instance of this sub-object (Create an instance if one is already not available)
6. Navigate back to the 'Financials' tab now

Expected Result: 'Financials' tab opens up like in step 3

Actual Result: 'Financials' tab opens up with the following message. No tabs or instances are available.

You must associate this investment with an entity before a financial plan can be set up.

Workaround: Refresh the page from the browser.

DE169933 is fixed in Clarity 16.3.3.
