gprestore fails, "Unable to process segment TOC files using plugin"

Issue/Introduction

When trying to perform restore of partitioned table and getting the following error:

Unable to process segment TOC files using plugin on segment 39 on host sdw1.domain.com with error exit status 1: 
14:40:29 ERROR ddboost_plugin.c:1953: DDBoost read failed on backup/Backup_Dir/20250603/20250603180019/gpbackup_39_20250603180019_toc.yaml. Err 5004
14:40:29 FATAL gpbackup_ddboost_plugin.c:258: Could not execute command restore_file, err 1, errno 

Cause

The gprestore was not able to read the TOC file from the backup.

Resolution

Ensure that the correct location is specified for the backup files and they are accessible by using the credentials specified in the DDBoost plugin configuration file.

Check that the backup files have not been deleted or moved to a different location on the DataDomain.
