Cannot Delete User Group in ClientNet Portal

Issue/Introduction

Unable to delete User Group in portal Dashboard > Users and Groups > User Groups.

• Users and Groups

Resolution

If you are using the Data Protection feature, note that Custom User Groups can be referenced in Data Protection policies. Before deleting a group, ensure that it is not being used in any of these policies.
