Unable to delete the Encryption Management from VCD

Issue/Introduction

Unable to delete Encryption Management Error:
"stackTrace":"com.vmware.vcloud.api.presentation.entity.security.OperationDeniedException: This operation is denied.\n\tat 
can come in either of the two cases i.e. if the user trying to delete is not having the sufficient access or if the object is already deleted in VCD DB.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1
Encryption Management 1.2.0

Cause

This is know issue in VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1

Resolution

The issue is resolved in encryption-management 1.2
