Need to remove existing email from Cloud. Alerts are being sent to random email addresses.

Issue/Introduction

Alerts are being triggered to Org admin accounts.

Need assistance to remove some addresses from receiving these alerts.  However, no email address is listed under the System Alerts section of the Aria Operations for Logs Cloud portal.

Cause

When there is no email address configured in the System Alerts setting, Aria Operations for Logs will send alerts to all Org Admins.

Resolution

To ensure alerts are properly sent to the administrators, and not being sent to all Org Admins, it is important to configure an email or distribution address to capture these alerts when triggered.  It is also critical that email is configured/added to ensure important alerts are not being missed.

To add the email address:

• Login to the Aria Operations for Logs SaaS portal.
• Go to System Alerts.
• Enter Email Address under "Email Recipients". Then click Save.
