cdm QOS Metrics collection issue: disk metrics or CPU and Memory metrics are missing

Issue/Introduction

We have deployed the CDM 7.20 version and now in this version we are seeing the same issue where disk metrics or CPU and Memory metrics are missing.

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4 CU3
• cdm 7.20

Cause

Defect. 

Resolution

This issue is resolved in cdm 8.03 See: cdm (CPU, Disk, Memory Performance Monitoring) Release Notes

-> Resolved an issue where disk-related metrics were not being collected consistently at certain intervals on Linux platforms. (Support Case: 36396371)
