Software Packages screen is empty for custom depots in Image Builder

Issue/Introduction

When we click on the "Software Packages" tab for a custom Software Depot, there are no entries. However, the packages are listed under the "Image Profile > View Software Packages" tab. 

Environment

• vCenter 7.0.x
• vCenter 8.0.x

Resolution

Custom depots don't have software packages - the image profiles in this depot reference packages from other depots.

This is an expected behavior.
