Issue/Introduction

We are facing issue on few windows machines as host monitor metrics not appearing in APM and CA System Edge service will go to stooping as below.

After killing that process and restarting the agent, it stops after a few minutes and no more metrics are received.

Resolution

Made a fix for more efficient userinfo processing. In 25.8.1 and later.
