Spectrum Data Publisher Restful 500 Error

Issue/Introduction

The Spectrum Data Publisher (SPD) is no longer pushing alarms to DX OI. There is 500 error reaching restful/subscriptions. The oneclick server that is integrated is up and working. Rebooted both the oneclick and the SDP but the issue persist.

Could not initialize class com.ca.spectrum.spub.metrics.MetricsManager

Resolution

After creating the filter under the account that is running SDP, the system is working again.
