DNA Job aborts with error "(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database"

Issue/Introduction

When running a DNA Job in Applications Manager, the Job aborts with the below error found in the output file.

SQRT: Program Aborting.

Cause

Issue with DNA configuration

Resolution

Note that the DNA integration with Applications Manager is a custom solution provided by Fiserv, HCL, and/or Automworx.

It is highly recommended that you reach out to the team that provided or assisted in implementing your DNA/AM solution.

In the specific error described in this article,  the team providing the solution found that one or more integration files were modified or missing and a reinstallation of the client was required to replace modified/missing files to resolve the issue.
