Roadmap Items Grid: Column Order Not Saving

Issue/Introduction

The custom column order on the Roadmap Items grid isn't saving correctly. After rearranging columns and saving a view, the order reverts to the default upon refreshing the page or revisiting the module.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to the Roadmap Items module for any roadmap.
2. Choose an existing saved view.
3. Save the chosen view as a new view.
4. Rearrange the columns within this new view and then save the view again.
5. Refresh the page or visit another module and return

Expected Results: The new column order should be retained.

Actual Results: The column order reverts to its previous state.

Note: This behavior also happens on other grid views like Project grid
