Issue/Introduction

This document describes how to pull the Audit Report for user IP addresses that logged into the Email Security Cloud Portal.

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

To view the ESS Usage IP Address Audit report:

• Navigate to Dashboard > Reports > Report Requests in the Email Security.cloud portal.
• Click Request a New report Tab.
• Under Core Email Reports, you will find the Audit Report section.
• Under Audit Report please select the ESS Usage IP Address Audit as shown in the below screenshot.
