User login fails with error when trying to access SSPI UI

Issue/Introduction
You see this error on SSPI UI when trying to login as "Admin/Audit" user "The username/password combination is incorrect or the account specified has been locked."
Environment
SSP 5.0.0
Resolution
To resolve this issue, please proceed with the following steps:
Access the SSPI CLI using the root user and verify the status of the pods.
Ensure that all pods are in the Running state.
If all pods are confirmed to be running, proceed with the following actions:
Attempt to log in to the SSPI interface using an incognito/private browsing window.
If the login is successful in incognito mode, clear the browser cache and try logging in again using the admin or audit username in a normal browser session.
If above steps do not resolve the issue then contact Broadcom Support for further assistance.
