Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to add the Item Description from Performance Management to the threshold events generated in Spectrum from the NetOps threshold profile.

Environment

DX NetOps Performance Management: All versions.

Resolution

There is no way to add the Item Description to the Threshold Events generated in Spectrum from the NetOps Portal/Spectrum integration. Notifications can be used and the Item Description can be used in the NetOps Portal Notifications.
