Decimal Percent Values Not Getting Saved

Issue/Introduction

Clarity is not consistent with updating values in number field, throws error with different values on the list view.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Classic PPM
2. Navigate Admin -> Objects -> Search for Project (any object)
3. Create an attribute under the object (eg., attribute - Test Attribute)
4. Attribute Datatype - Number, Decimal Place - 2, Show as Percent - Ticked, Default Value - 0.00%
5. Login to New UX
6. Configure the same attribute under Project Blueprint
7. Navigate Project -> associate the project with the same blueprint
8. Under Grid View, configure the same attribute - “Test Attribute”
9. Update the field as -.71 Clarity displays a message and does not save the value. If we enter -.72 Clarity saves the value. If we enter .45 Clarity displays the 20 character message

Expected Result:  All values should be saved

Actual Result: Values not getting saved, throws random error with different numbers

Workaround:  Use Properties page to update the field.
