Issue/Introduction

After running CONRPT56 and CONPRT70 we need a better understanding of what the BACKOUT column values can be and what they mean.

All support releases 

Resolution

On CONRPT56 - Archive Package Summary - the BACKOUT column will show either blank or Backed-out 

On CONRPT70 - The BACOUT column can be: 

BLANK - meaning that backout is not enabled for this package 
ENABLED - meaning back is enabled - the package (when executed) did not do anything that required backout members to be created
EXIST - meaning backout is enabled.  The package has never been backed out or iti s was and has since been backed in. 
BACKED-OUT - meaning backed is enabled and the package is in the backed-out status
