Script to collect dp stats rolling capture from NSX edge node

Issue/Introduction
The script can be used in NSX edge node while troubleshooting performance issues when directed by Broadcom Support.
The script collects the following data on the Edge every 5 seconds.
- get dataplane cpu stats
- get physical-port <port-name> stats
- get physical-port <port-name> xstats
- get dataplane throughput
Environment
VMware NSX-T Data Center
VMware NSX
Cause
NSX edge node might experience performance degradation. This script can be used for collecting metrices to understand the underlying root cause.
