Shadow VMs during vApp creation from vApp template stays in "unresolved status"

Issue/Introduction

• Shadow VMs operation for vApp creation using a vApp template are taking long time to complete
• The task gets stuck at 48% and placed in "unresolved status"
• Issue usually appears when running multiple vApp creation 

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

The issue appears when running concurrent vApp creation and causing congestion.

Resolution

To help resolving the issue it will be required to remove the task currently running as per article 320446

After that it will be required to remove the shadow VMs from vApp Template from Cloud Director UI which were in "unresolved status".

If the issue appear again after running multiple vApp creation, please raise a Support Request to proceed with advance troubleshooting of the issue.
