Issue/Introduction

Monitoring logs shows warning "Couldn't notify Elastica cloud of a new uploaded files in datasource: ########, will try again" under SpanVa monitoring logs:

Environment

CASB Audit 3.180

SpanVA Version: 1.15.3.153.0-19rc

Cause

SpanVA was disconnected and datasource was set up by person who is no longer an active CASB user.

Resolution

Open support case to apply fix from the backend.

Permanent fix will be provided in SpanVA Version: 1.15.3.170.0
