Tasks timeline: Business rules ignored as tasks can be dragged and dropped

Issue/Introduction

We have a business rule in a project blueprint where the task start and finish dates are disabled for edition when the task status is set to Completed.

However, when accessing to the tasks timeline, the task can be dragged and dropped and date changes occur ignoring the blueprint rule.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. MUX Administration > Blueprints > Take a Project Blueprint
2. Go to Rules and create a rule
   • Rule Type: View Page
   • Conditions: Task Status = Completed 
   • Actions: Disable Editing Attributes: Start and Finish
3. Go to a Clarity project and associate it to the above Blueprint
4. Go to the tasks module and create a task
5. On the timeline view, select the task and open the Details view
6. Set the Task Status to Completed
7. Notice the Start and Finish dates are read-only.
8. On the timeline view drag and drop the task to a later time

Expected Results: The task can not be dragged and dropped as otherwise the dates are changed

Actual Results: The task can be dragged and dropped and dates are changed

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.3.2
