No flows from VDS after enabling Netflow IPFX in Aria Operations for Networks

Issue/Introduction

Netflow (IPFIX) was enabled in data source for vCenter for the VDS required. After 24 hours, flows are not seen in Aria Operations for Networks.

Cisco ACI is used to configure and manage the network for the vCenter data source. The Cisco ACI network is in a Multi-Site configuration.  Cisco defines "Multi-Site" as a scenarios where two or more ACI fabrics are connected, where each fabric is a single availability zone and is managed by its own APIC cluster.

Cause

Flows are not being collected because:

1. When Cisco ACI is managing a network, Cisco ACI must be added as a data source. The vCenter data source cannot be utilized to collect flows. 
2. Cisco ACI Multi-Site configuration is not supported as per  Add Cisco ACI documentation.

Resolution

At this time, no workaround or solution can be provided for this unsupported feature in Cisco ACI.
