External Dependency Task is set to 'Start-Start' if the default isn't changed

Issue/Introduction

When an External Dependency is created, the default value is specified as 'Finish-Start', if the type is not adjusted, the type will be set as 'Start-Start', when the Dependency is created.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE - 
1. In the Modern UX, open any project and navigate to the Tasks module in the Timeline view.
2. Select a task and open the menu by right-clicking on it.
3. Select 'Add External Dependency'.
4. Select an Investment and a Task. Leave the Type as the default 'Finish-Start'
5. Click Add
 
EXPECTED RESULTS:
 
The Dependency will be created with a Type of 'Finish-Start'
 
ACTUAL RESULTS:
 
The Type is 'Start-Start'

Resolution

The resolution is included in 16.3.3. This was originally tracked as DE172517.

Workaround: During the Dependency creation, first select a different Type, and then change it back to 'Finish-Start' before clicking 'Add'
