Issue/Introduction

Restore Backup (SQL DATABASE) and RESTORE SOI FOLDER can be a workaround to restore this policies and actions?

Resolution

Only need to restore DB backup which will restore the polices and action.
All escalation policies and action already stored in SOI database with below table.

No need to restore a back up of SOI folder.
