DX OI Alert Situation ID field not populating in Alarm View

Issue/Introduction

The situation ID field column in the all alarm view doesn't populate. The situations details appear when you expand the alarm but the column remains unpopulated.

Resolution

The situation ID for that column will only populate for custom situation.
