Error: "A general system error occurred: Disk: <Disk-ID> is an SSD and cannot be used as vSAN HDD"

Issue/Introduction
When trying to add a disk to an existing disk group or creating a brand new disk group you might see this error.
Cause
The reason we are seeing this error message is because the disk is marked as flash disk instead of HDD in vCenter.
Resolution
- Login to the vcenter
- Select the ESXi host in question
- Select Configure on the top
- Select Storage Devices
- Pick the Storage device in question
- Change the Tag by selecting "MARK AS HDD DISK"
- Proceed in creating the disk group again
