The ESXI host fails to boot. Booting is stuck at loading.cfg

VMware vSphere ESXi 7.x
Cause
The ESXI hypervisor fails to boot.
The booting process is stuck at loading the configuration.
Resolution
Revert the ESXI to the previous version:
- Reboot the host. As the hypervisor progresses, press Shift+R to go to the previous version.
