Issue/Introduction

When you login to vCenter > SRM Plugin > Open Site Recovery > Under Summary page we will see a warning " Array manager does not have a peer array manager on the remote site."

Environment

Live Site Recovery 9.x (and newer)

Site Recovery Manager 8.x

 

Resolution

• The Storage Replication Adapters are software modules for Site Recovery Manager and VMware Live Site Recovery that are exclusively developed and supported by storage partners of VMware. Storage Replication Adapters have separate End User License Agreements (EULAs) that are included within the downloads.
• Any issues found with the vendor provided SRAs are handled by the corresponding vendor as described in the 3rd party support documentation.
• Please reach out to your Storage Vendor to investigate why the storage array cannot be reached by the SRA, and solve any configuration issues.
