vSphere Replication is designed to pause when a new disk is added to a VM to ensure administrators are aware of the change and can decide how to handle it with respect to replication.
The replication is paused until the newly added disk is configured for replication.
To address the issue, follow below steps :
1. Remove newly added disks.
2. Reconfigure the replication job on the affected Virtual Machine.
