UI error: Unable to read configuration

Issue/Introduction

Once attempt to launch Site Recovery we are given below error message:

"Server rejected the provided time range. Cause:ns0:InvalidTimeRange: The token authority rejected an issue request for TimePeriod [startTime=day/date, endTime=day/date] :: The requested token start time differs from the issue instant more than the acceptable deviation (clock tolerance) of 600000 ms. Requested token start time=date/time, issue instant time=date time. This might be due to a clock skew problem.

Environment

vSphere Replication 9.0.x

VMware Live Site Recovery 9.0.x

Cause

NTP is out of sync on VC, VR, SRM or ESXi of more than the maximum tolerance 

Resolution

Get ssh session to VC, VR, SRM and ESXi on which VC and VR and SRM is registered and run below command:

watch date

 

Once you see the time is out of sync on one of the component and in VAMI you see that all of the components using the same NTP server, switch Time Synchronisation to host then save, switch back to NTP and save
