DX UIM probes digitally signed with new certificate

Issue/Introduction

The customer realized that after upgrading to 23.4 CU4, many probes and executable files of DX UIM have changed the signer certificate from "CA, Inc." to "Broadcom Inc.".
However, not all probes and executable files of DX UIM have changed to the new signer certificate.

User needs to whitelist application by signer certificate, should he include both "CA, Inc." and "Broadcom Inc." certificates? Also, is there an estimation when will all DX UIM probes and executable be signed by the new signer certificate?

The recently released probes are being released with "Broadcom Inc." certificate but old releases of the probes are still using  "CA, Inc." signer certificate. But whenever new release of the probe is released, it would include "Broadcom Inc." certificate.

For example, ntservices new release "4.01" which was released in May 2025, is having  "Broadcom Inc." signer certificate.

Include both "CA, Inc." and "Broadcom Inc." certificates for now. we cannot provide the exact timelines by when all the probe executable and dependent libraries will have "Broadcom Inc." signer certificate but probes with new releases should have "Broadcom Inc." certificate.
