Trying to set an encryption key we get the error :

During the initial change of encryption, it was some problem on this server and key was not correctly set, now customer does not know which is the key, what we see is not the default one anymore (-d) so is complaining
We have to set a new key and after it change to the one customer desire, ask support people help on doing this procedure by opening a case.
