'Examining content' appears despite being disabled in the console

Issue/Introduction

Even though the advanced agent setting UI.NO_SCAN.int is set to '1' to disable the message, the message still appears on some machines. 
Agent logs may have an error, such as:
SEVERE: 
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown AgentStatusAttribute

Cause

Ensure that the endpoint agent is not updated beyond the RU, Major, or Minor version of the Endpoint server and Enforce server. An agent can be patched at the MP level or hotfix level beyond the server, unless otherwise stated. 
For example. 16.0MP2(16.0.00200.60328) severs cannot support 16.0RU2(16.0.20000.60666)  agents, but 16.0MP2 server can support 16.0MP2(16.0.00200.60328)

Resolution

Ensure not to upgrade DLP agents beyond the Release Update level of their Detectors. If this has already occurred you must remove all agents that are beyond the MP level of the server or upgrade the server(s).
